Is renter's insurance required?
- Yes, renter's insurance is required. Residents need to upload their third-party renters insurance onto the GetCovered website. Once uploaded, the platform will verify that the renter's insurance is in compliance.
Can I pay my rent online?
- Yes! We have an easy-to-use resident portal where online payments are accepted.
Is the community pet friendly? What are the deposits/fees for pets?
- Yes! A maximum of two pets are allowed. One time Fee $300 per pet, Rent $30per pet, Breed Restrictions may apply.
What is the security deposit?
- 550 / based on screening recommendations either increased security deposit upto 1 months rent or refer to One App for 3rd party guarantor program with standard deposit due to property at move in.
Are utilities included in the rent?
- Utilities are separate from rent. Valet trash $30 (5 day pick up)/pest $5/water,sewer, & common area electric based upon consumption/renters insurance $16.50 for those that choose in-house policy.
Is parking included?
- Parking is $30 per vehicle for the whole length of their lease, they also receive 72 hours of free guest parking with each permit purchased. Residents are limited to 2 parking permits per unit.
What documents are needed to apply for an apartment?
- Copy of government-issued photo identification (driver's license, passport, visa),letter of employment including starting date, position and annual income (if you are self-employed, please provide us with your two most recent tax returns), two most recent pay stubs, two most recent bank statements, or an offer letter must be attached to the apartment application.
What is the income requirement? (2X the rent, 3X the rent?)
- 33% equivalent to 3.3 times one months rent
What types of apartment homes are available?
- Our community offers a variety of studio, one, and two bedroom apartments designed with modern finishes and open layouts. These spacious floor plans range in size from approximately 408 to 957 square feet to accommodate your lifestyle needs. Each home features upscale touches like quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances.
Is there Parking Available or EV Charging Stations?
- We provide convenient on-site parking options for our residents to ensure a seamless experience when coming home. For those with electric vehicles, we are pleased to offer EV charging stations as part of our commitment to modern, sustainable living. Please reach out to our team for specific details on parking permits and monthly rates.
What public transportation options are available nearby?
- Our prime location on Memorial Drive offers excellent access to the MARTA transit system, including nearby bus routes 21 and 121. Residents are also just a short distance from the Inman Park/Reynoldstown and King Memorial rail stations for easy commuting across the city. Additionally, the community is less than a quarter mile from I-20 and steps away from the Atlanta Beltline Eastside Trail.
What School District serves Gibson by Radius?
- Gibson by Radius is served by the Atlanta Public Schools district. The closest local schools for our residents are Burgess-Peterson Academy for elementary, Martin Luther King Jr. Middle School, and Maynard Holbrook Jackson High School. Please note that school attendance boundaries may change, and we recommend residents contact the school district directly to confirm current assignments.
